63-Year-Old Man Killed In Pasco County Motorcycle Crash Overnight

PORT RICHEY, Fla. – A 63-year-old Port Richey man was killed in a motorcycle crash over night, in Port Richey.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the man was riding southbound on US-19 approaching Coventry Drive in the left turn lane and a car driven by a 61-year-old Port Richey man was driving a car northbound on US-19.

Troopers say that at the intersection, the motorcycle turned left into the path of the car, and the two vehicles collided.

The 63-year-old man was ejected from the motorcycle, suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash, according to FHP.

The 61-year-old man suffered only minor injuries in the crash, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
