According to the indictment, AP operated primarily in Hillsborough County and surrounding areas. The gang’s activities are said to have caused significant harm to the community, both through the violence it perpetrated and the illegal narcotics it distributed.

The indictment also notifies each defendant that the United States intends to forfeit any assets traceable to the proceeds of their alleged offenses. This includes any property or money obtained through their criminal activities.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Tampa Police Department, and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the case. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
