57-Year-Old Lakeland Man Killed in Pinellas Park Pedestrian Crash Friday

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A 57-year-old Lakeland man was killed early Friday morning, crossing U.S.-19 in Pinellas Park.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the man was walking westbound across 34th Street North, north of 62nd Avenue North, and entered the path of two vehicles traveling northbound on 34th Street North (US-19).

Troopers say the both of the vehicles struck the man. He suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
