PINELLAS PARK, FL. – A 54-year-old St. Pete man was found dead Sunday morning in the parking lot of a CVS in Pinellas Park.
According to police, at approximately 8:00 AM, officers responded to 7101 Park Blvd with the Pinellas Park Fire Department for a deceased male.
A customer located the deceased male in the rear parking lot of CVS Pharmacy and notified law enforcement.
Through an investigation, officers located no signs of trauma or foul play and the cause of death is unknown.
The Pinellas County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene and took custody of the deceased man.
The man has been identified as 54-year-old Pierre Smith from St. Pete. This investigation will continue in conjunction with the Pinellas County Medical Examiner to determine a cause of death.
