HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office conducted a gang enforcement operation leading to multiple arrests.
On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, deputies targeted known gang areas within Hillsborough County and arrested five gang members and associates of the Palm River Boys gang, 32nd Street Bloods gang, Aryan Brotherhood gang, and the Rose gang/CBG gang.
“The relentless pursuit of those who commit violent crimes or victimize neighborhoods is vital to the safety and well-being of our community,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “Targeting and arresting dangerous gang members is not only a duty but a necessity for our deputies to protect and serve the community they are sworn to safeguard.”

In addition to the five gang members and associates arrested, five other unrelated arrests were made throughout the operation, resulting in a total of 21 felony charges.
Since its creation, the HCSO Gang Unit has taken a proactive approach to deter gang activity by researching, identifying, and documenting gangs and their members.
