HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – After years of dedicated investigation, a second suspect is arrested for a 2019 homicide in Tampa, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).
Deputies say on Monday, HCSO Special Investigations Division Detectives and the United States Marshal’s Taskforce took Timothy Kerr, 42, into custody for an outstanding warrant for 2nd Degree Murder with a Firearm.
After a brief pursuit on foot, Kerr was taken into custody at N. 56th Street and Oakland Drive.
