CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. – A 23-year-old Beverly Hills man was killed in a crash that happened around 2:20 am on Sunday.

Troopers say a Hyundai Accent, driven by a 23-year-old Beverly Hills (FL) man, was traveling northbound on North Forest Ridge Boulevard. 

South of West Pentstemon Court, the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.

The vehicle departed the highway, first striking a pedestrian guardrail before overturning and colliding with a set of utility pole guide wires. 

The vehicle then came to final rest at 259 West Pentstemon Court, with the driver suffering fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
