22-Year-Old Dade City Woman Arrested On Two Counts of DUI Manslaughter

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol Troopers have arrested Brook Aline Everett, 22, of Dade City, for two counts of DUI Manslaughter following the March 24, 2020, fatal crash.

On Tuesday, March 24th, a 55-year-old man, John J. Ward of Dade City and 49-year-old Patricia Pisa, were riding a 1985 Honda 1200 motorcycle down the southern lanes of County Road 41 – also known as Fort King Road.

Brooke Everett, 21 at the time, was attempting to pass a vehicle a pick up
truck and re-entered the northbound lane, when she lost control of her SUV, rotated back across the roadway counter-clockwise, and entered the path of the motorcycle and collided.

The driver of the motorcycle, John J. Ward, suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.

Ward’s passenger, 49-year-old Patricia Pisa, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but died from her injuries on April 9th, 2020.

Brook Aline Everett is currently in Pasco County Jail on $20,000 bond.
