22-Year-Old Armed Florida Drug Dealer Busted, Agents Testing Stash For Fentanyl, Links In Overdose Deaths

A 22-year-old drug dealer has been arrested and agents are now investigating whether the drugs the man has been selling can be traced to any recent overdoses or overdose deaths.

According to investigators, City-County Investigative Bureau agents in Seminole County, are now testing illicit Xanax pills confiscated during a drug arrest to see if they are laced with the deadly synthetic opioid Fentanyl.

The pills were seized from an armed drug dealer, 22-year-old Shawn Robert Graham, who was also carrying two loaded extended-round magazines.

Graham has been booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility on drug and weapons charges.

“We have seen recent cases where pills sold as Xanax or Ecstasy proved deadly to users who didn’t realize they were laced with a deadly opioid,” said Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

“Sheriff Lemma and the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office have made combatting opioids and the drug epidemic a top priority. Make no mistake; we will hold drug dealers accountable when they are dealing narcotics in our community. Our streets are safer today because of the great work done by our CCIB agents,” said SCSO.
