TAMPA, Fla. – The next-generation 2023 Ford F-Series Super Duty takes Ford’s trusted heavy-duty truck to the next level with must-have tech such as Pro Power Onboard™ that can power a jobsite or campground, and Ford Pro’s suite of software and services to help maximize uptime, accelerate productivity, and lower the cost of ownership.
The new Super Duty targets the most towing, payload, torque, and horsepower of any heavy-duty full-size truck, thanks to four engine choices, including all-new standard 6.8-liter V8 gas engine and new high-output 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel V8.
The 2023 Ford F-Series Super Duty is also the first pickup in the U.S. with embedded 5G capability, enabling faster mapping, Wi-Fi, and Ford Power-Up software updates while driving, plus all-new available Trailer Navigation identifies the best real-time drive route to take based on trailer size.
Ford Authority, first reported that the 2023 Ford Super Duty order banks were set to open up on October 17th, 2022.
However, that date has been pushed back to Oct 27, 2022, according to a representative at Ford.
But if you want to be one of the first in line, the order time will be crucial, according to Brandon Ford.
“The 2023 Super Duty retail order bank opening is definitely one of the most anticipated order bank openings that I have seen in a long, long time,” said Brandon Ford’s Tom Murray.
According to Ford Authority, production of the 2023 Super Duty will begin in January 2023 at the Kentucky Assembly Plant and in February 2023 at the Ohio Assembly plants.
“Order timing will be crucial, and our team is excited to work closely with our customer base to get their orders input as efficiently as possible,” said Murray.
