INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, Fla. – The 2023-25 City of Indian Rocks Beach Resident Parking Decals will be available Monday, January 16, 2023. There will be a grace period until Monday, March 13, 2023.
IRB property owners or residential lessees with at least a one-year lease may obtain (2) decals per property.
Decals can be obtained at City Hall with the following documentation:
o A copy of Pinellas County Property Appraiser’s record identifying the applicant as a property owner, or recorded deed. If the applicant is a lessee, a copy of the one-year lease agreement or a notarized letter from the landlord of the property for which the decal is sought, confirming the lease for at least one year.
o If the applicant is a corporate entity, a copy of the current year’s annual report on file with Florida’s Secretary of State identifying the applicant as an authorized member of the corporate entity that owns the property for which the decal is sought.
o A valid driver’s license for the applicant.
o A valid vehicle registration for each vehicle.
All issued decals must be permanently attached to the rear exterior of the vehicle matching the vehicle registration on file with the City of Indian Rocks Beach.
Indian Rocks Beach residents may stop by the City Hall, located at 1507 Bay Palm Boulevard, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., to obtain a parking decal.
