PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla – Approximately 2 acres are burning on the north end of Egmont Key, according to Lealman Fire District PIO Jim Millican.
According to officials, crews are still working on extinguishing the fire with Hillsborough County air units using Bambi buckets.
Six people were evacuated, and officials say no structures were involved.
