PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A 19-year-old student at Osceola High School in Seminole, Florida, was arrested Wednesday for making written threats to kill or conduct a mass shooting.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, T’Sean Summers sent messages to a classmate via social media stating, “I don’t need help let me kill all the humans” and “don’t go to school tmr gang”.

Deputies responded to the threat and made contact with Summers, who admitted to sending the messages but claimed he was joking. Despite his claims, Summers was arrested and charged with one count of Written Threats to Commit a Mass Shooting.
