This past week, the Florida Lottery announced that 11 Florida Lottery scratch-off players won a combined amount of $14,000,000 on various scratch-off tickets!

On Monday, Tommy Wilkinson, 48, of Winter Haven, claimed a $1 million top prize from THE FASTEST ROAD TO $1,000,000 Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $790,000.00.

After winning big, Wilkinson hit the road again, this time to head to Tallahassee to claim his prize. “The first person I called was my wife,” Wilkinson told the Lottery. “As soon as she picked up I told her she was finally going to get her dream house.”

Wilkinson purchased his winning ticket from Grab-N-Go, located at 2477 Rifle Range Road in Winter Haven. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Three winners were announced on Tuesday, all from scratch-off wins!

Pamela Gaskin, 67, of Fort Lauderdale, and Frank Tuzzo, 35, of Hollywood, each claimed Scratch-Off prizes from the GOLD RUSH LIMITED Scratch-Off game.

Gaskin won a top prize of $5 million and chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,960,000.00. She purchased her winning ticket from Star America Food and Deli, located at 2656 East Oakland Park Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Tuzzo won $1 million and chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $795,000.00. He purchased his winning ticket from Publix, located at 4121 West Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

James Musselwhite, of Sarasota, claimed a $1 million prize from the $5,000,000 LUCK Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $760,000.00.

When asked if he had any big plans, Musselwhite shared that he had already traveled the world while serving in the United States Marine Corps. “I guess the only thing I really want now is a new golf cart,” he said. Musselwhite was joined by his family at Lottery Headquarters to celebrate his big win.

Musselwhite purchased his winning ticket from Circle A Food Place, located at 3637 Bahia Vista Street in Sarasota. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

On Wednesday, Artur Kalemi, 39, of Jacksonville, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Jacksonville District Office. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00.

On Thursday, the Florida lottery announced Robert Noak, of Davenport, and Muoi Phung, of Jacksonville, each claimed a $1 million prize from the $5,000,000 CASHWORD Scratch-Off game.

Vincent Pugliese, 33, of Plantation, also claimed a $1 million prize on Thursday from the GOLD RUSH LIMITED Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $795,000.00.

It was announced on Friday that Pauline Salmon, 30, of Miami, claimed a $1 million top prize from the 50X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Miami District Office. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00.

Salmon purchased her winning ticket from 13th Street Market, located at 1319 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The Florida Lottery also announced on Friday that Douglas Johnson, 58, of Orlando, and Richard Locklin, 59, of Deltona, each claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Orlando District Office.

Johnson chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00. He purchased his winning ticket from Circle K, located at 12914 East Colonial Drive in Orlando. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Locklin also chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00. He purchased his winning ticket from Wawa, located at 4100 East Colonial Drive in Orlando. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 75 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $1.3 billion for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2020-21.
