MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Port Charlotte woman is facing multiple charges after leading deputies on a high-speed chase down US-1 in the Florida Keys.
39-year-old Alicia Lorraine Talbott was caught speeding at 89 mph in a 55 mph zone near Mile Marker 15. When deputies attempted to pull her over, Talbott allegedly floored it, reaching speeds of 100 mph before finally coming to a stop on North Roosevelt Boulevard in Key West.

After apprehending Talbott, deputies discovered she was in possession of Phentermine and Suboxone pills without a prescription.
Talbott was arrested and charged with fleeing and eluding, possession of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest. She was booked into the Monroe County Jail.
