POLK COUNTY, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is urgently seeking information from the public following the murder of a 22-year-old man in Frostproof. Sheriff Grady Judd released preliminary details of the investigation, appealing to the community for assistance in identifying the perpetrator.
“We’re on Washington Avenue in Frostproof, Florida, at about 5:08 this afternoon. A 22-year-old young man was murdered. That’s right, murdered on this street,” Sheriff Judd stated in a public address.
The Sheriff’s Office is actively pursuing leads. Sheriff Judd emphasized the need for swift action to bring the perpetrator to justice for the victim’s family.
